I attended the Accelerated Property Seminar today with Nhan Nhuyen, Nhan is the owner and founder of Advanced Property Strategies http://www.advancedpropertystrategies.com, Nhan has 10+ years knowledge and experience in property investing and done 70 deals totalling 20 million dollars in property, and 29 of them using none of his own money.
I found him to be passionate and excited about property investing. He explained strategies that involved "no money down" deals, Joint ventures, property options and how to get the most out of splitters and developments.
In my opinion Nhan is well worth spending a few hours listening to. He offers a mentoring program that is held only twice a year that is limited to 50 committed people only.
Has anyone else encountered a seminar with Nhan? or done some deals using Nhan's strategies?
